Would a 77mm diameter lens hood fit onto the nikon d7000?

I was wondering if this 77mm diametre lens hood that you can get for dslr cameras would fit onto the nikon d7000

Lens hoods matter on the lens, not the camera. The D7000 can take use a vast array of lenses.

the kit 18-105mm needs the HB-32 lens hood

The lens hood size is determined ONLY by the lens diameter. Not the camera body.

No. And it won't fit on the 18-105 kit lens either, that's 67mm and comes with it's own hood. The 18-55 is 52mm and is not sold with a hood, even so the nikon hood is a better option

No. Lens hoods fit lenses, not cameras. If your lens has a 77mm filter thread size then yes, you could use that hood. To know your lens filter size, check under the lens cap.
