Would a.42x HD Super Wide Angle Panoramic Macro Fisheye Lens work for a Nikon d5000?

What is the quality of that fisheye lense?

Terrible. That is a piece of junk that screws onto a lens you already have on the camera. If you want good Fisheye photos you will need to spend at least $400 for a real lens.

The point is, it should mount the existing lens. If it did, you would get very wide angle shots that are extremely distorted which is blurry in 80% of the picture at best.
