I'm looking for a lens and I came across this one. Will this one be compatible with my Nikon D60?

We can't answer that. You'll have to look at the specs at the store site because each lens has to have the correct mount and connections. Check the specs for your camera or call the lens maker.

You will not get autofocus with that lens on the D60. With Sigma you will need a lens with HSM, or Hyper-Sonic Motor, which is their equivalent of Nikon's AF-S.

The Nikon 55-200mm VR lens is close in price to that and has VR or Vibration Reduction. That's a pretty decent tele zoom for the price. Alternatively the Nikon 55-300mm VR gives you more reach if you can afford the extra.

No. That is a Sigma lens for a Sigma camera. You can get the same lens with a Nikon mount.
