Tamron 28-80mm 27A Cf Macro? Then I have a Tokina 80-200mm lens. They both came with an old nikkormat I bought and also will the factory 50mm lens thats on the nikkormat work as well? I'm new to photography so I'm still learning a lot about this stuff.

Different mount. You can find an adapter. Those are manual lenses.

No adapter needed - The lens will mount on the body just fine. However, you will not have auto focus or auto exposure. Do a search for "non AIS lenses on D3200" to find various articles and YouTube videos.

The best lenses to use with your D3200 are any of the Nikkor AF-I, AF-S or AF-P autofocus lenses

The only Nikon cameras which can use Nikkor AI lenses are the D90, D7xxx, D200, D300, D500 and any of the full frame cameras.

If your lenses are NOT designed to work with cameras that use AI lenses, you will not be able to mount the lenses since the indexing "finger" that is used to tell the camera what lens aperture you are using when determining the correct exposure. Older Nikkor AF lenses can be used with the D3200 however, you will have to manually focus the lens using the onboard electronic rangefinder

You have a fine 35 mm SLR camera and it can certainly be used to learn the fundamentals of photography, lighting, and composition. Since you do not get instant feedback when you take a shot, you will need to learn to trust the camera's lightmeter and pay special attention to how you use it. Once you can get a full roll of film back from the lab in which ALL the exposures are dead on, you will feel more comfortable using the camera

When you buy an entry level digital SLR like the D3200, it comes with an 18-55 mm zoom lens which is good enough to use while you spend the next year or so, learning all the fundamentals as mentioned above
