Will the 55-200mm Promaster AF EDO LD lens fit my Nikon D3200?
Just wanted to make sure before I purchase.
Maybe.
Make sure you get it with a Nikon mount. Promaster sells lenses for different camera brands. If you happen to get a different mount, it won't work with your camera.
By the way, promaster does not make their own lenses. They rebrand low quality lenses made by other third-party lens makers. If you can't afford Nikon lenses, the next best choice is Tokina (but it may be just as expensive as the original because of its great quality). Next to that is Sigma followed by Tamron. Better than original are the tongue twister brands Schneider Kreuznach, Voigtlander and Zeiss.
You'd get better image quality by buying a used Tamron or Nikon lens for the same price.
It will as long as you order it with a Nikon mount. However, it won't auto focus on your D3200 because the camera body doesn't have a focusing motor and the lens doesn't have a focusing motor.
Don't expect too much from a $150.00 zoom lens. Quality costs money and $150.00 doesn't buy much quality when you're looking at a zoom lens.
