You might need to provide examples…

but here are the usual reasons:
1) too close to the subject
2) not focused properly
3) low light
4) camera movement

Is the view in focus when you look through the viewfinder?

Is your lens switch set to M (manual focus) instead of A (auto focus)?

Have you read the troubleshooting section of your manual?

Have you called Nikon at 1-800-NIKON-UX (1-800-645-6689)?

If I had to make one bet - lower light levels and you are punching the button, moving the camera as you take the picture or lowering the camera before it has captured the image.

God doesn't want them to be sharp…

Just two reasons other than missuse can make a blurry image. Movement and focus

If I remember correctly the D3000 has no in-body auto focus. So if you are using a lens that does not have an auto focus motor built in then it will be manual focus. This is of course not a major problem as there's nothing wrong with manual focus, I actually prefer it.

Tell us exactly what lens(es) you have, what settings you are shooting on, what you are trying to shoot and under what type of light.

It's impossible for us to give you an answer without all these details!

You probably.

A little more information would be helpful though, such as is it movement blur or focus.
Does it happen on all shots
what settings is the camera on
etc
