Which DSLR would be the best for its price?
Hi, I'm a 14 year old beginner photographer.i'm planning on buying a DSLR preferably from Nikon or Canon. I've done a little digging and I like the Nikon D90 a lot. However, I've also came across the Canon Rebel T3i, which is an 18 mega-pixel camera with a price lower than the Nikon D90. Since I've played around with the D90 before, I know that the D90 has exceptionally clear image performance. Would the Canon Rebel T3i have good image quality too? What about other Nikon/Canon models?
There's no difference between canon 550d and 600d(same sensor, same body parts ) .so it would be a waste if you put more money for t3i
d90 have better viewfinder than canon. Also its picture quality is more sharp as canon lacks good lenses in low price compare to nikon.

above website is all you need to compare those model
If you know exactly what you're doing, the Sony a290 would be the best for its price. If you want a bit more, the Pentax Kr would next. If you want to splurge, get a full-frame camera. If you want the very best, get a Hasselblad. All dSLRs are basically the same. It's up to you to bring out the very best pictures out of them.
D90 is a different class of camera, a step ahead of any Rebel. You can compare t3i with D5100.
But if you are actually serious about photography, I would suggest D90 if you can afford it, otherwise choose between t3i or D5100.
The Canon EOS 550D is a really good choice because of it's range of features and easiness of use. I have one and I'm a 16 year old getting into photography and I couldn't have bought a better camera. It has 18 mega pixels and has a very good manual setting. It's around $2000 but really worth the buy and if it's not within your budget, most Canon camera's are excellent
