Which camera is a better buy?
I'm a first time buyer and I'm trying to decide which camera to buy between the following two: Samsung NX11 or Nikon D40.
The price for the two are not problems, I was just wondering which has better performance and would be better for beginners. Please do not give me more options for different cameras because I have decided that I'm buying one of these absolutely. I have watched hours of reviews for each of these, now I just need help for deciding!
I have a D40X and love it. Pictures are bright clear and interesting internal effects. The Nikon software with the camera is also good. Samsung. Although I've never seen one or used one I believe they're good. I have a Samsung HD tv. I wouldn't have any other. Good luck. Remember one thing. You have a huge selection of lenses available with Nikon.
As the Nikon is a true DSLR, I'd go for it.
The Samsung relies on an electronic viewfinder and lens/flash availability is limited at the moment, the Nikon has no such problems.
