I'm looking to buy a new camera but I need some help. I've connor my decision to three cameras.
I mostly take photos of people and landscape but I'm interesting in video side of things as well. I know all these cameras would fit the bill but does any of these stand out more?

Of your choices I choose Canon 7D, but I would prefer to use a Nikon - D3200 24.2-megapixel digital slr camera with 18-55mm zoom.

The Pentax K-30 is a better camera on paper than any of them, and cheaper to boot.

Sony stand out more for video.

I like the D7000.

Have you visited the Nikon and Canon websites to see the features of each?

Have you read the professional reviews of each camera on DP Review website?

Have you visited a proper camera shop to hold each in your hands?

Do you know that the latest in the Nikon D7000 series is the D7100?

Have you visited the DXO Labs to see how the sensor performance of each camera compare?

This is the kind of independent research you need to do before choosing a camera. Opinions will only tell you what other people like, NOT what you will like

If you can get a sample that doesn't have the backfocus problem, I think the Nikon D7000 could deliver the best image quality.

I would go with the Canon 7D.

I have the Canon 7D and think it's a great camera. Solidly built, easy and intuitive to use, many features and options. Takes good photos under all conditions.
