Where would I work as a photographer?

I'm 14 at the moment, and LOVE photography. I have a great camera(Nikon D3000) And take it wherever I go. I want a summer job next year, (Next july i will be 15) so what/where would be a great place for a blooming photgrapher to work at a young age? My friend said her Mom worked at a art studio when she was older. Any suggestions?

It really depends what direction you looking to take. I'm guessing you want experience. Look for an event photographer eg wedding photographer or a photo studio. Ask them if you can tag along with your camera so you can learn more

When I was a bit older than you I got a summer job as a beach photographer at a seaside resort. I didn't make much money but I met a lot of girls.

I think your best bet would be to try some studios to see if they'll take you on as an unpaid gopher on the basis that they will help you learn the ropes. Alternatively, just get out there and take photos that you can offer for stock.
