The Nikon D7000 replacement is due this year, but that would be on top of the D300s and D5100 replacement as well.

The semi-pro cameras like the D7000 are only released about every three years or so.

What that means is you can expect the next generation of the D7000 to be released sometime at the end of 2013

The higher up the food chain of dSLR's you go, the greater the time period between releases

The D80 was replaced by the 90 in August 2008.
The 90 was replaced by the 7000 in August 2010.

If Nikon keeps to their old schedule, we should see a 7100 or whatever-they-wanna-call-it towards the end of summer.

Nikon rumors is your best resource for this question, an update is due in 2012 but rumors of the updated D300 were very off (by atleast a year) and I haven't heard any specs, it might just be an incremental upgrade like the D300 to D300s. Also, Nikon new Nikon stuff is almost always impossible to get with long preorder lists. If an upgrade is announced, you really need to jump on it.
