There's my flickr account, i just set it up today.
I'm 16 years old, i have a nikon D60 and i don't know very much so your thoughts and opinions would be helpful.

p.s i like doing people and black and white.

my main question: do you think i have what it takes to make a living off of this?

You have a very nice start here, but I'm sure you are aware that you have much to learn before you have a viable product. There are flaws in composition and exposures, but fortunately you are young enough to invest plenty of time in studying. Take classes, read, join clubs, take seminars and fine a mentor. If you have the desire to move forward, you have a good base to work from. Get off auto exposure and gain control over the camera. Most of all, have fun!

Warning: No sugar coating.
To make a living off of it right now/near future?
Certainly not.
It's incredibly difficult for any photographer to make a decent living off of it, especially a 16 year old with a very basic entry level DSLR.

Most of your photographs look like something most serious photographers could produce with a point and shoot camera.

I highly suggest purchasing some books and looking at successful photographers to get an idea of what it really takes to become a photographer who can make a living off of it. I also suggest reading up upon basic photography terminology. If you don't know what ISO, Aperture, exposure compensation and Shutter are then you will not make a living off of photography.

I suggest getting 3-5 more years of experience.

These pictures are great for facebook (like really good), but not really that great overall. If you want to make a living off of photography, learn more about it. More things like "the rule of thirds" and bunch more. You can learn a lot in one day from just photography videos you find online.

Here, check out some of these videos and maybe you will learn things you never knew.
