What's wrong with my Nikon D3200?

My Nikon camera won't take pictures what should I do should I try getting my money back I bought it at Frys electronics

Yes, return it and get a Sony Alpha series DSLR

Are you shooting indoors? It won't fire if it can't focus.
Is there a card in?
Is the battery fully charged?
Have you checked the manual?
Is the lens properly seated?
If it wasn't working straight out of the box, either it's a dud (in which case you're entitled to a refund or a replacement) or you're doing something wrong - remember, the battery has to be charged before the camera can be used. This is a good time to read the manual.
If it's suddenly stopped working, it could mean that somebody's dropped it - warranties don't cover this, and it's generally fatal.

Andrew is right. Read the handbook and explore all options before assuming that the camera is dead. Possibly someone at Fry's can help you with basic operation.
