What outlet would i need for my Nikon D3100?

I'm going to a trip in summer to Israel, Rome and Egypt and i was told i had to buy an outlet for things such as blowers and stuff(otherwise when connected they would cause fire or get damaged, so… Which outlet would you recommend i buy?
