What lense should I choose to buy?

I have a Nikon D3200 with a normal lense. I wanted a new lense that can zoom more an good for taking nature photos with an affordable price. I'm still a newbie and I don't really know how to choose them. Are they any good suggestion? You can suggest it even if you feel that it is quite okay.

You have a fine camera.

Shooting wildlife or birding, requires a lens that is at least 300 mm

That means that you need to visit a proper camera shop and attach an AF-S 55-300 mm or AF-S 70-300 mm lens to your camera to see which you like the best.

When using lenses that are longer than 200 mm in length, you need to assure that you are using a shutter speed 1/500th second or faster.
