All Nikon F-Mount lenses will work on your D3000, but only AF-S lenses will autofocus. The others have to be manually focused.

Unfortunately, Nikon's excellent 10.5mm DX fisheye is an AF lens, not AF-S, so it won't autofocus on your camera. But you can always manually focus it.

How much is your budget?

There's Samyang who offer 8mm fisheye & Vivitar offer a 7mm fisheye, they both only work manually, optically their not as good as the Nikon 10.5mm or the 16mm 2.8 but their prices are very low, you can get big bang out of it. Both of them are compatible with the D3000.

The samyang 8mm sell for around 360$ on ebay, here a few shot:

The Vivitar 7mm sell for around 325$ on b&h online store, here a few shot:

The Nikon 10.5mm 2.8 sell for around 710$ on b&h online store, here some shot:

The Nikon 16mm 2.8D sell around 780$ on b&h online store, this lens is meant for FX camera but can be use on your, but like the other lens it will be in manuel, here some shot:

Nikon's new 14-24 lens is just phenomenal. The clarity is that of a prime lens. In fact, this super-wide angle zoom lens effectively replaces the equivalent prime lenses within most of its focal length (except perhaps the 24mm range); it's like owning a bag full of prime lenses that have been combined to make one superlative zoom lens.
