What is the cheapest f/1.4 waterproof Nikon dslr lens?

I'm looking to get a new lens for my d7000 and I'd like it to be waterproof so I use it in the rain. I already have three lenses that I really like, but I don't know if they are waterproof or not. Also, I'd really like to spend less than $1, 000 so it would be very helpful if you had any other suggestions. Thank you (:

Only the third one for $1699 is a gold ring lens and therefore weather sealed.
Note however that the D7000 is NOT weather proof! It can withstand a few rain drops, but it can't take a soaking.
