Waterproof Camera Case for Nikon D40?

I do not need anything for complete submersion. I need a case for my Nikon D40 because I want to take some awesome swimming pictures. I'm going to be on top of the water, but I want to protect it from splashes and like it might go half under or completely under the water at points but I'm not going to sit on the bottom of the pool for 30 minutes. I may go under for like a minute or not even go under. What I'm trying to say is I don't need a $1000+ camera housing. Any ideas for a less expensive waterproof case?

Any dslr housing tends to be expensive.there's universal protective baggies that may help.
