What is the cheapest DsLr camera that?

You can manually focus and zoom in and out by twisting the lens. I'm taking photography class and we use the D3000 (Nikon) and I want to buy one now. But they are too expensive.
I pretty much want Manual Settings so you can manually adjust the Shutter speed apeture and zoom in n out and focusby using the lens.

All DSLR cameras can do that.

That's correct, that's the great thing about all dslr cameras, they all do the same things and all are fully adjustable.
But you're going to need at least $500 to get a basic dslr camera (no video). If you want video it's going to be closer to $600 if not more.
I only recommend what I own and know - Canon. I have two of the Rebel line cameras and they're both excellent.

The D3000 is about the lowest price for a DSLR as you are going to find, unless you go used.
DSLR prices range from about $600 to $6, 000. The D3000 can be found cheaper because it has been discontinued, and what is left on the dealer's shelves may be offered for less.
