I'm getting a new Nikon D3200 and I have a pretty old lens from Osawa F=24mm and I need to know if it is a compatible lens with my Nikon? And what kind of lens is it? And what to shoot with a 24mm lens?

24mm is the focal length.
The important thing to know is what mount it has. Different camera brands use different mounts to attach the lens to the camera body.

Osawa were a distributor who went bust in the early '80s (Clobbering Mamiya's 35mm range at the same time).

It's a generic wideangle lens for 35mm, giving a wider view than the more common 28mm, but still manageable.

It could be in just about any mount, M42 screw is easy to adapt - just about anything else is virtually impossible.

If it's in Nikon fit (compare it to your existing lens) it will fit, but give neither AF nor metering.

In realistic terms, it is a paperweight. You need to know the mount on the lens before you try and jam it on your camera, and even if it is a Nikon F, it will be a waste of time.

Get the kit lens with your camera, and the 24mm focal length is covered. A 24mm prime is not wide enough to be a wide angle on a D3200, and not good for a standard lens either.
