What i upgrade should i choose?

My birthday is next week and my mom asked me if i want a Nikon D7000 or the sigma 70-200mm hsm ex dg os currently I have the d3100

It would depend on what lenses you'd be carrying across to the D7000. If you have a range of lenses I'd go for the D7000, as I have one and can recommend it. If you have nothing more than the standard 18-55mm lens with your D3100, I'd go for the Sigma. A more versatile D3100 will enable you to do more than a less versatile D7000.
