What do I need to become a pro photographer?

I have a Nikon D3100 That i bought about 3 months ago, I really want to become a professional photogropher! Preferably a horse one. What lenses is best for like action shots, I want a Nikon lens, what else do i need like accesories to become a really good photogropher?

You need EVERYTHING!

Talent. Art school.

You need:
Knowledge
Talent
Experience
Then you can worry about equipment. When you have the first three, you won't have to ask this question.

What do you need?

A knowledge of the tools
A photographic eye
A business sense

I'm not a pro or anything, but I've seen answers from pros on these types of questions and it comes down to this.

1. Small business skills.
2. An array of equipment. ( camera, backup camera, several lenses, lights & strobes, travel cases, etc.
3. Persistence & motivation
4. Originality & creativity.
5. Probably a part time job. (Usually propho isn't enough to pay the bills at first.)

That's what I've learned. I feel like I'm forgetting something.
