What camera/lenses I need to take pictures like this?

I was thinking of buying Nikon D90 but i'm not sure if they have lenses to take pictures like this, I want it to focus on the eyes make them look nice

Any decent camera.

These photos are accomplished with a combination of lenses, bodies, lighting, and photo editing. The Nikon D90 is an exceptional camera, and the camera body will not determine what kind of photos you take. I have taken great photos with a point-shoot and terrible photos with my Canon 5D.

But answering your question -

The lens you should use can be anywhere from a 50mm prime to a standard zoom lens (all with a decent f number, <2.8).

The body you should use is any SLR body that you feel comfortable using - given it is not shoddy quality, but since you think a D90 is not enough, I will say no further.

Note: I don't mean to get preachy here, but I think you may be putting too much emphasis on your equipment.

With a decent SLR and Photoshop, you can accomplish that effect - all three are fairly simple.
