What are some good Nikkor lenses for the Nikon D3000 D-SLR Camera?

Looking for good reviews and recommendations for good Nikon brand Nikkor lenses. My parents said I can ask for one for my birthday and I just recently bought myself a Nikon D3000 D-SLR camera and I already have the standard 18-55mm Zoom lens. I'm looking for a good macro lense, so if you have any suggestions, I'm looking for some input.

Get the 50mm f/1.8.It is not named the nifty fifty for no reason. It is a great all around lens. However, your D3k does not have an AF motor so, you won't be able to AF with this lens. The 50mm f/1.4 has a built in AF motor, I believe. It is not practical to buy a macro lens right out the gate, I'd say, get a new lens to replace the 18-55. If you want to go crazy, the lens I would recommend over all others is the 24-70mm f/2.8. You can use that lens for just about everything.
There are many "good" lenses, but what are you looking for? What do you shoot?

EDIT:
If you really do insist on buying a macro lens, I'm selling the Micro Nikkor 20mm f/4. Here is a link to the auction.

Go on the nikon website, and look for a macro, a 50mm is more of a portrait lens

The AF-S Micro Nikkor 60mm f2.8G ED should meet your needs.

Always remember that you must use Nikon's AF-S lenses if you want the lens to auto focus on your D3000.

I have a feeling that any decent macro lens out there will be out of your budget.

The least expensive macro lens with autofocus for the D3000 is the AFS Nikkor 85mm f/3.5 micro which will cost you about $500.

Macro… Nikon's 85mm f3.5 comes to mind.
