What 50mm prime lens from Nikon works with my Nikon D3000?

I recently got a D3000 as a gift. I'm looking at buying the 50mm prime lens with the f/1.8 for low-light and indoor photography. I've read nothing but good things about that lens.
However, when I went to purchase the lens from B&H it said that the D3000 would not auto-focus that particular lens. After doing research I learned that that's because the D3000 does not have the auto focus motor built in to the camera.
What prime lens do I need that will auto focus with my D3000? I've read that it's called the AF-S, but I can't seem to find it.

This is the 50mm lens that will autofocus with the D3000

The cheapest af-s prime is nikon's 35mm f1.8 but there's also a 50mm f1.4 af-s and quite a few more.
