I want to buy Handy Cam. Please suggest me, Which is good one from below models.
Sony HDR-CX250
JVC GZ-E205B
Nikon D5100

"Handycam" is Sony's brandname for all their consumer-grade camcorders. The only "Handycam" you have listed is the CX250.

JVC consumer cams use the brandname "Everio".

Still image capture is a "convenience feature" for camcorders.

The Nikon D5100 is a dSLR and captures video as a "convenience feature".

"Good" means different things to different people. If your reason to buy this equipment is for video capture, you will be better off with a camcorder. If still image capture is the main reason, then a dSLR is better.

Other things to consider under the definition of "good": Audio gain control and external mic use; low-light video behavior.
