Capturing video starts on page 57.
Step 2: Buy - and use - some sort of steadying device. Tripods and monopods are common. Steadycam systems, sliders, camera cranes, chair shelf - anything, but not handheld.
Step 3: Understand that your dSLR is designed to capture still images - video and audio capture are convenience features. Read through the limitations associated with overheating and automatic shutdown, recording internal camera noise and file size limitations (pages 59 and 58, respectively).
Step 4: Go to YouTube, search "Nikon D7000 tutorial". Pick one.
Step 5: Use your camera. You don't need a tutorial - other than you want one. Flash memory is not expensive. Shoot video. If you don't like it, delete it. Get familiar with your camera by using it. If you have a specific question, ask that.
