Suggest me a Digital SLR under RS.30000?

Hi I'm very passionate about photography and I want to buy a DSLR in Rs.30000 INR price range. I heard about 'Nikon d3100' but still I want to know whether I was right to choose this or I have to choose another one. Please suggest me a good DSLR in my budget specified above. I will be very thankful for your answers. Thank you in advance.

I don't understand your budget, £30, 000?

For your budget there's only one that comes to mind. I'm a Canon guy and only recommend what I own and therefore know. The Canon Rebel t3.It's about $600US / 30, 000 INR. That is at today's exchange rate.
