Streetcar photo shoot?

I have a nikon d90. What lens and equipment would i need to do an outdoor morning photoshoot. With money not being a factor. What lens and things do i need to rent to have a decent pictures?

Get all the equipment you want. It will be useless if you don't rent this piece for about a week.
