Small Fingerprint spot appearing while seeing through macro lens. Nikon D5100?

Actually i can see a small finger print type of small spot through the macro lens
when we capture pic in my dslr 5100
but it doest affect the image but disturbs while doing photography a tiny spot i can say.
i cleaned both front and back of lens //
still not going

If it's not affecting the image then it's not on the lens so it's probably somewhere in the viewfinder.

That means it is on the mirror or focusing screen. Why did you stick your fingers inside your camera body?

Focusing screen. Don't touch it you'll only make it worse. You can replace it but if its not affecting your photos why bother.
