Sears Online Checkout Problem

I'm trying to purchase a nikon d3100 on sears.com and for the shipping address it asks me what city state and zip code I'm in and when I fill them in, it tells me there's an error. It says 'The city/state/ZIP code combination you've entered does not match USPS records. Please check your entry and try again.'
Can anyone help me fix this? Because I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I'm 10000% positive all the information is correct.

Just call their 800 number and order.
