Do Dell online orders ever come up as cancelled by accident by the company?
I'm working for my dad's friend, and my reward for the work was going to be a Nikon D5100 from Dell.com. The delivery date for the camera was supposed to be Sept 28, 2011. When I went check their e-mail to see the order status it said: cancelled for the delivery status. My dad later talked to them about it, and they told him that the company said orders come up cancelled a lot by accident due to the company. Is that possible? Or did he just cancel it on me?
I've never heard of an order being cancelled accidentally by a company such as Dell.
Even if it had been cancelled, why wouldn't your dad's friend just resubmit the order when he found out it had been cancelled?
I'd have your dad ask his friend what's really going on.
