Result for D3200 is out. Image quality is almost same 5D (Canon) and D5100 and the processor is same as Nikon D4.

Cheapest is world wide price unless you find a discount from a retailer - that you'll have to research yourself.

Amazon, BH Photo, Adorama, and J&R are competitive in price and reputable. There may be a few others, but you won't find anyplace honest offering this new for any large price decrease from those.
It can be cost effective to bundle the body with the 18-55 and 55-200 kit lenses. However, I would advise against an extended bundle with case and tripod. A case and a tripod are certainly recommended accessories, but it is better to select these carefully separately. Kits often include junk. A good brick and mortar camera store is best for selecting a case, so you can check hands-on what has a good fit.
