Restoring default setrting in NIKON D5000?

How do i reset my default setting in Nikon D5000, by mistake i have made some changes in my cam, now i'm getting all blur images, i want to get my default setting back, how can i?

The blur must be because you might have turned auto-focus to manual. Check the lens and you'll find a button where you can change it back to autofocus… Next check the 'metering exposure'.set it to 'auto' or 'matrix'… I think that'll remove the blur…
