How to do a factory default on my Nikon d7000?

How do I do a factory default on my Nikon d7000?

Send it to me with the manual.

Simply hold down the QUAL and the +/- buttons together for more than two seconds and the camera will be reset to its out-of-the-box settings.

By the way, I found this on page 151 of the Owner's Manual.

Received a D7000 but everything is in Japanese… I tried the factory reset as suggested… But.it's all still in Japanese. Any suggestions… As camera's really no good to me as is.
