Reflex Camera able to record HD Video?

I'm willing a experimented Photographer can answer this question. I'm needing a Reflex camera that is able to record HD Video, I know Nikon D5000 are able to record video in a moderate definition to be able to edit it as I want…
So I want to know:
-If there's a superior model that can record better video than the Nikon D 5000
-If that camera is able to change the lens, so for example I can add a Micro lence or Tele Lens, etc.
-Which would be the best economical price, I'm not looking for expensive cameras, but still can bring me a HD video.
-Some web page reference where I can see the specifil characteristics of this camera.

I'm needing this kind of camera to be able to record shortfilms and edit them as my will, also I need it for professional Photography, which I most likely will need some special Lenses like Micro or Tele, etc.

Sony A33 and A55 have the fastest auto-focus in video, much faster than Canikon's.

Since you already have started a Nikon system, look at the Nikon D7000.

Here is a link to a Full HD video shot by that camera.

At the end of the the video, you will see the list of lenses use when making this video

For clarity, your D5000 does shoot HD video (720p). The D7000 shoots Full HD video (1080p)

The one thing the D7000 (or even the D3100) has that other dSLR's do not, is the ability to shoot using auto-focus in the video mode.

The Sony A33 and A55 are what are called SLT's and have electronic viewfinders, yet to prove to be accurate when making critical manual focusing adjustments

Hi, I believe that there are many great SLR cameras that take video. I'll do a list below of the best Canon & Nikon video/still SLR camera.

From $500 - $700

Canon EOS T1i

Nikon D3100

From $700 - $1000

Canon EOS T3i or Canon 60D (almost the same, the difference is that the 60D is bigger, and that the T3i can do digital zoom while taking video. The 60D might be better for still pictures.)

Nikon D90

From $1000 - $2000

Canon EOS 7D

Nikon D7000

Hope this helps, good luck in your film making!

Look at the Canon T2i or the new T3i
Both do 1080p/30fps, and 720p/60/50fps
The main difference between the two is the T3i has an articulated screen.

Google:" T2i vimeo " for samples… (Yes, I said VIMEO)

You can get the T2I now for as low as $750, or the new T3i for about $900,
both come with a kit lens 18-55mm
