Picture Quality from Nikon D7000?

I Want to get the best quality and detail from the images I take with my Nikon D7000 and I don't know what is the best quality to set it at…
Fine
or
Normal
any help is appreciated.

I have the D5000 and its really nice

Unless you're going to make a poster of the image, normal is good.
If you take all your pictures in fine, they'll take up more memory and your SD card won't be able to hold as many pictures.

Fine
always shoot fine

Don't save the image as a Jpeg use Raw which does not compress the image.

The "Dr" is right! And while your at it spent $4.00 and have a 11x4 print made from one of your best pictures thus far! That way you will enjoy your camera more! 4x6 pictures are never as sharp as they can be!
