From personal experience with digital cameras, after framing and focusing a shot in the LCD just fine, but then snapping and reviewing a black or very-dark photo image, usually my flash setting or shutter-speed setting is to blame.

All "live view" or VF images always look bright enough, but the actual captured image is a combination of shutter speed, aperture, and flash (if any). When I've intended to shoot "available light" but forgot to turn off flash-mode, the camera attempts to compensate for flash illumination and stops down the aperture on a digital camera.

And if you set the shutter for a too-short exposure, you won't see the error until you review.

If none of these factors are what's happening in your case, and All photos are black, take it in for servicing.
