How to take good photo within nikon d 3000 dslr. Whenever I'm useing auto mode the picture turns redish. How to handle proper lighting at the time of using d 3000 at night

You really need to stop using your fine D3000 camera like you would a $200 P&S camera.

The reddish light comes from leaving the cameras white balance in "auto". Red indicates incandescent lamps are lighting the scene and you need to set the white balance to incandescent

At night you will also need to use higher ISO settings, otherwise you will get blurry shots caused by camera movement when shooting at slow exposure speeds, under 1/250 second in most cases
