Nikon zoom Lens for D3200?
I'm new to Nikon and looking for a zoom lens for my new d3200.was hoping to find a used one. I want a 70-300mm. Is there other brands that would fit?
please no rude comments. I'm not new to dslr I've used a sony for 5 years. Just new to nikon.
Tamron, Sigma and Tokina all make compatible lenses - just make sure they're motorised and in Nikon fit.
Some reviewers say that the $450 Nikon compatible version of Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD competes well against the nearly $600 Nikon 70-300mm AF-S VR for quality. Some say the rate of bad samples is higher with Tamron.
There are cheapo models of 70-300mm that are a waste of money. If you want to go cheaper than the good models of 70-300mm, get the Nikon 55-300mm AF-S VR DX. It is capable of very good center sharpness at 300mm, but it sacrifices some edge sharpness and autofocus speed and accuracy in some conditions.
