Nikon Lens AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D have macro feature?

Guys, Just wanna ask if Nikon Lens AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D has macro feauture. I'm planning to buy some cheap lens. I got a Nikon D3000.

No it isn't a macro lens. If you want a macro of similar focal length then get the Nikon 60mm f2.8 or the Sigma 50mm f2.8. They're not as fast as the 50mm f1.8 but they have a much closer focusing distance so can do true (1:1) macro. They also make good portrait lenses if you're looking for something multifunctional.
I have the Sigma 50mm f2.8 macro on a D300 - here's a macro shot with it;
and this is a portrait (same lens);

No, the Nikon AF 50mm f1.8 is NOT a macro lens. Since it is an AF and not an AF-S lens it will NOT auto focus on your D3000.
If you want a macro lens then look at the Nikon 60mm macro lens.
