Nikon HD video shutter speed/aperture?

I have a D5000 which is capable of HD video, but I'd like to know its shutter speed and aperture. If you can set it, please let me know. I'm guessing all HD video capable cameras operate similarly. Thanks
Added (1). I figured you can't set it. I was wondering what it is.

A quick read of your manual shows no way to set shutter speed and aperture for the movie mode.
