Nikon d7000 Vidoe Noise?

Hi

I'm trying to shoot video using nikon d7000. Shutter speed was 50 and tried iso settings from 400-3200. But instead of hd vidoe all i get is noise in the video. It just looks like that i'm using a camera from last century. Day light video is crystal clear however if i shoot in the night time there's always noise?

Is there any specific settings i can use in camera to reduce noise? I can use different plugin later on while editing but first i want to get some crystal clear video.

Any help would be appreciated

thank you

Added (1). Thanks for the answer, but i have seen crystal clear video shotted at night time.

for example:

I hope they haven't use any external light to shoot the video and these video are crystal clear. I'm not talking about the subject having a exposure to light.instead shouldn't it create a crystal clear video overall…

Shutter speed doesn't do anything when you're recording video - the camera doesn't use the physical shutter at all then.

But yes, in the dark the camera will need to rack up the ISO, causing image noise. That's just how it is. What you can do is to set a wider aperture before you start recording video. That way you get less depth of field but can work with lower ISO, i.e. Less noise.

A camera from the last century would do far worse in that situation, by the way. Working in low light is a challenge to any camera.

Edit:
That'll depend on how dark it is. ISO 1600 is one thing, 3200 another.

Could you upload a sample of your videos somewhere?

Yes, a wider aperture is key to getting good video in low light. It may be that the lens you have will never provide a big enough aperture. You may need to get a lens like the 50mm f/1.8 lens. BTW, you do know that for a bigger aperture you need a smaller number?
