Nikon D3100 body only?

If I was to buy just the D3100 body new what would I get with that? Would I just get the body, or the body, battery, neck strap and a battery charger?

Typically, US retailers will not sell the D3100 as a body-only. This camera comes as a kit from Nikon with the 18-55 lens.
Body-only cameras range from Nikon are the D5000 and up. And when buying a body-only camera, it will come with the USB cable, A/V cable, battery and battery charger, as well as with the Nikon software disc.
If you have found a D3100 on Ebay or Amazon, be careful because you may be buying a camera that was intended to be sold in a European or Asian market. And if so, you'll need to verify with the seller that it includes all of the accessories mentioned above.

The Nikon D3100 is an entry level dSLR.
It is assumed that the buyer is buying their first fully adjustable dSLR and will need a lens, thus it is sold as a kit.
If you already have a dSLR, the next camera to buy would logically be a camera like the Nikon D7000
