Nikon D3100 accessory kit?

Just got one brand new and rather than buying a filter, memory card, flash, bag etc.separately I'd like to find a kit. I've done some searching and I haven't found one… If there aren't any kits does anyone know where I can get these items at a discount price?

You might find a card, bag, and maybe a filter in a kit. I haven't seen an SB600 flash bundled in with a camera as a kit.

Actually look for a filter system. These come with lens rings so you don't have to purchase the same filter for different size lenses. You attach the mechanism to the lens and slide in a square filter sheet.

Sometimes amazon has bundles but typically lighting is bundled with lighting and not with other camera components.

For now, just buy the memory card as it is more of a necessity rather than an accessory. The best accessory to a dSLR newbie is a good book about the basic principles of photography.

If you did find a "bundled" kit its likely that the quality of the individual items would be low quality.
Ebay is overflowing with 3 piece filter kits for under $20.00 and one of the filters included is only needed for shooting with a film camera under fluorescent light - unnecessary for your DSLR with its adjustable white balance.

Buy a UV filter and a circular polarizer from a manufacturer such as Hoya, B+W, Tiffen, Heliopan and you'll be happy you did. I use a Tiffen circular polarizer bought in 1972.
