Nikon D3000 camera lenses?

I currently have a Nikon D3000, but I want to upgrade to the D3100 for the video. This may seem like a stupid question, but do the lenses fit the same on the two cameras? Because I have the 18-55mm lens that came with it, and the 55-200mm lens. If I keep the 55-200mm lens will it fit on the D3100?

Yes it will, for the most part all Nikon lens' are interchangeable except for film lens' which only work on the higher end pro semi-pro cameras.
