Nikon D3000 Camera Help? - 1

I've at my Nikon D3000 camera for a few months now.
And I came to realize I didn't really "know" how to use it.
I mean, I know how to take pictures with it… I just find that there are so many different settings i could be using.
[I want to be able to take "Breathtaking" photos with different angles and settings and what not.]
I just don't know where to start.

Any tips, camera settings, ideas, angles? ANYTHING could help.

The best thing you can do is take photography classes that will teach you basic camera functions and techniques. I also suggest learning to use a fully manual film camera as this will force you to learn how to properly expose and compose photographs.
