My d7000 has stopped displaying pictures I take?

My Nikon d7000 no longer displays photos I've taken. It's just black. Even when I try to view them in my computer it's still just black. I've chafed my memory card and it's still same.

Since the images turn out black on your computer, your camera is taking pictures. Sounds like you set your camera to manual exposure mode and don't know how to operate your camera in manual mode.

Set the mode dial to "P" (Program) or "A" (Auto) mode and go outside during the day and see if your camera works. If not, it needs repair.
