Looking for a Pentax K-X DSLR in Navy / DSLR buying advice needed?
Hi, I'm looking to buy my first DSLR and I chanced upon an image of a navy Pentax K-X and I just knew "That's the one". Unfortunately I'm a little late as the K-X is now discontinued:-(
I'm considering getting the K-R or a Nikon D5100 if I can't find a K-X in Navy. The main advantage of the Pentax (from my reading) was the ability to use old lenses and 9 point A-F while the Nikon is a bigger name and has full hd video recording (which to me isn't such a big deal).
I eagerly await your response!
For what it's worth, the Nikon can also use old lenses. Without auto-focus on the older ones but that will also apply to the Pentax.
