The Nikkor 55-300 mm will give you a good reach, starting from where your 18-55 mm lens ends.

That would be the one I would buy

The choice for wildlife is between the two 300mm zooms.

Both are relatively inexpensive consumer grade lenses. Nikon and Tamron both make better lenses, but they cost more.

Tamron are a respected specialist specialist lens maker and they tend to offer better value for money than the big brands.

I think you should consider the weight of the lens. I purchased an 18-200 Tamron which turned out just too heavy to lug around. I ended up selling it and buying a 50-200mm lens which is almost the same size as my 28-55mm. I love this set up, it is perfect for me. But I'm age 70 and not thrilled about lugging camera equipment around. That said maybe you should consider the extra reach of the 55-300 Nikkor. I'm not familiar with the metric system regards to weight compared to pounds and ounces. The 55-200mm is 907Kg. And the 55-300mm is 1.4Kg. You need to ask your self if the weight difference will be a concern over carrying the lens around for a long time.

Always go with Nikon lenses rather than 3rd party if you can afford them. They almost always are sharper than the others. There are some exceptions to be sure, but not many.
